Great breakfast, warm welcome upon arrival.
I did not like how long they held (or perhaps withheld) my passport. They took it when I checked in as other Bosnia hotels do, and I assumed that they would allow me to take it back when they had made a copy of it. When that didn't not happen within a couple of hours I inquired about getting it back and was informed that it would be returned when I paid my bill. When I secured the funds (they accepted cash only) and requested the bill to pay it, I was told that they needed time to create one, even though I was staying just one night. Although there was no apparent harm from them withholding my passport from me, it was very uncomfortable not to have it, and a bit suspect as to why it took so long to return it.

I recently stayed at Boutique Pellegrino in Mostar for three nights. The staff was amazing and helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The room was huge and probably the most comfortable we had during our three-month European trip. The welcome at reception was lovely and the hotel is well located on the edge of the old city. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The breakfast is wonderful: you can find and taste a lot of home-made cakes and marmalades !!! Really good !!! The rooms are very very clean and large enough to have "vital space". And, most important, in less than five minutes you're on the Bridge of the Old Town !!!
The only one is related to the position of the rooms which are not in the central building (which has only apartments) but 200 meters away. That's the only "problem": to move in the morning to the main building to have breakfast. It's not a real problem if you're well disposed, but for people of a certain age it could become a problem.

We received a warm welcome and the room was extraordinarily spacious and brightly furnished.Really, it was an apartment as a kitchenette was installed in one corner; very useful for making a coffee etc. There is no lift but this is mentioned in the details and the staff carried the cases without need of a tip. The location is excellent; a very short walk to the famous bridge and restaurant area and less than 10 mins to the bus station. There is a huge breakfast , relaxation and bar area.
Breakfast was ok but basic; no croissants or real orange juice but no complaints as the price was very good compared to Sarajevo and especially to Croatia in general.

We were amazed by the beautiful suite-like room at Pellegrino Hotel. The helpful staff went above and beyond when my wife fell ill, even getting medication in the middle of the night. The central location made it easy to explore the surroundings. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We were extreemly well looked after by staff that really wanted to be helpful. The room was large and well appointed and very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone who can manage a goodly number of stairs but not for those with mobility problems.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location here was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I was able to explore all the amazing attractions and landmarks within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room itself was absolutely lovely, with all the amenities I could ask for. The air conditioning kept me cool during the hot summer days and the mini-bar was fully stocked. I especially enjoyed having a sitting area and a dining table, it felt like a home away from home. The free Wi-Fi in the room was also a huge plus for me.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

We had a great time staying in the heart of the pedestrian zone, just a stone's throw away from the famous bridge. the hotel room was modern, clean, and comfortable with a large bathroom and amazing breakfast buffet. the friendly staff made our stay even better. Plus, the location is so central that we could walk to all of the key sights with ease.
The hotel's restaurant and bar closed early in the evening, which was a bit disappointing.
